Introduction

Choco-Story Brussels is a privately-owned chocolate museum located in the heart of the Belgian capital. Opened in 1998 under the name “Museum of Cocoa and Chocolate,” it is just steps away from the Grand Place and offers a full immersion into the world of cocoa, from its origins with the Maya and Aztecs to the invention of the Belgian praline.

Challenges

The main challenge was to create an attractive showcase website that could capture the museum’s immersive and indulgent atmosphere while inspiring visitors to walk through its doors.
The goal was to translate the sensory and cultural experience of the physical visit into a digital format that would be engaging, clear, and inspiring for both local and international audiences. The website needed to efficiently provide essential information (opening hours, prices, location, activities) while evoking the emotional appeal that drives people to visit.
