Jon Pauwels

Jon is the CTO at JAK Solutions. A true Swiss army knife, he blends strategic vision, team leadership, and technical expertise. He oversees the development team, structures projects, evolves the architecture, and still codes regularly, both in fullstack web and FileMaker development.

Analytical and naturally curious, he enjoys understanding how systems, technical or human, work at a deeper level. He places great value on code clarity, efficient processes, and healthy team dynamics. Outside of work, he plays padel weekly and spent many years playing chess, a game he still enjoys for its complexity and logic.
