Introduction
SSVP wanted to modernize how its local centers submitted their annual reports. The goal: digitize report completion, tracking, and management while maintaining synchronization with FileMaker.
Challenges
Reporting was previously done through inconsistent files or paper submissions, making data hard to standardize or exploit. A secure solution with login access, adapted to varying levels of technical proficiency, and able to communicate with the existing back-office in FileMaker was required.
Solutions
A custom web platform was built featuring:
- Smart, pre-filled forms with validation rules
- Access to historical reports per center
- Member management (add, edit, delete)
- Account creation and login system
- Full integration with FileMaker
Impact
The process is now simplified, secure, and centralized. Each center can complete its annual report independently, with integrated validation and accessible history. Administrators save significant time, and data quality is improved thanks to automatic field checks.
