Logomotif, a company specializing in graphic design and printing, wanted to modernize and professionalize its proof (BAT) validation process. The goal was to offer clients a clear, modern, and seamless experience while improving communication and centralizing follow-up in FileMaker.
Challenges
The existing BAT validation process relied on manual exchanges and PDF files, leading to delays, a higher risk of errors, and no direct integration with FileMaker.
The proposed interactive PDF approach was not suitable for reliable data exchange, was not optimized for mobile devices, and could not be automatically integrated into FileMaker.
The challenge was to design an ergonomic, secure online system connected in real time to the internal database, while also projecting a modern, professional image to clients.

- Automatic email notifications to designers based on client actions
- Instant update of the BAT status in FileMaker (Draft, Shared, Rejected, Approved)
