Victor is a final-year management IT student completing his internship at JAK Solutions. Methodical and hardworking, he has a natural ability to ask the right questions, understand the bigger picture, and get up to speed fast, qualities that made him feel like part of the team almost immediately.
At JAK, he is strengthening his skills in .NET and expanding into React, with the goal of contributing to real projects and meaningful challenges. His approach to development mirrors the way he tackles everything else: with patience, structure, and a steady drive to improve.
Outside of work, Victor recharges through rock climbing and running, two disciplines that reflect his mindset well. And if 40 days backpacking across Asia taught him anything, it's that the best way to grow is to embrace the unknown head-on.
